I saw a piece on Instagram, when will it be coming back?

Most of my pieces are limited quantity and do not come back in stock after the pattern is gone, so if you see something you connect with, you should get it right away.  Some items I do bring back consistently, but most I do not.  I work this way to keep it enjoyable for myself as as well as to continually bring you new, exciting designs!

We do restocks about once a month. Some things can sell very quickly so it’s best to stay updated by joining my email list and following along on Instagram. We work very hard to make as many pieces as possible, but once a pattern is sold out, we typically do not recreate it. When a date is set for the next restock it is always located on the header on my website and in my bio on Instagram.

Do you take custom orders?

We do not currently accept custom orders.

How long will it take to get my order?

Our current processing time is 3-5 business days.  First class shipping will normally take 3-7 business days to arrive at your door, but any shipping delays are entirely out of our control and not our responsibility  If you choose a faster shipping speed at checkout, this does not speed up the processing time.  Please contact us directly if you are in a rush and we will do our best to oblige.

Made to order items require a longer processing time, which will be noted in the product description.

How will you ship my purchase?

We ship via USPS First Class Mail. You always have the option for upgraded shipping options at checkout.

Orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please make sure this information is correct. We are not responsible for lost packages due to an incorrect address, nor are we responsible for replacement shipping costs in such circumstances.  If you realize your order contains incorrect info, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@shophillsidestudio.com

What if it has been awhile and my package hasn't arrived yet?

If it has been more than 15 days since you received your shipping email and tracking information, and tracking information states your packaged was delivered, please contact your local post office. They should be able to provide additional details regarding your shipment.  If the package tracking has not been updated in a few days, sign up to receive text alerts on the package.  This will usually get things moving back on track.

If you are still having troubles located your package, please do reach out to us! We will do our best to help you figure out where your package is. Please do know though, that once the package leaves Hillside Studio and is placed in the hands of the postal service, we am no longer responsible for your package. Refunds and replacements may not be issued for lost items.

If you would like shipping insurance, please contact us before making your purchase.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes!  We ship world-wide! Please note that international shipping can take a while to arrive. (up to 3 months in some cases)

Returns and Exchanges

If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to hello@shophillsidestudio.com and we will gladly do all we can to fix it. As we are a small handmade business, we typically do not accept returns unless there is something wrong with the item. We do, of course want you to be happy with your purchase, so if you are unhappy with your item we will discuss exchanges on a case by case basis.

What materials do you use?

I use a variety of materials in my jewelry.  Primarily, my pieces are made from polymer clay.  Earrings posts, hoops, and hooks are surgical stainless steel unless otherwise noted. Each item description will state which specific metals are used in each piece. If you would like something switched out for gold-filled, please send us an email to check if it is possible on that particular piece.

Do you offer wholesale?

Yes! We currently offer select items whole through Faire. You can shop our selections here: https://faire.com/direct/hillsidestudio (using our direct link helps us out big time so we definitely appreciate you using that vs. searching for us on the site!)

I see some other items like T shirts and candles available on your social media.  How can I buy those?

We do offer a variety of products from some other fabulous small business at our retail storefront in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. These items are not available online at this time.
