Do you take custom orders?
Custom orders may be considered depending upon scope. If there is an existing item that you would like a hardware change on, (ex. hooks instead of buggies or silver instead of gold) this can be accommodated for most of the time. Other small changes to existing items may be available as well - please reach out to hello@shophillsidestudio.com to inquire.
If you are wanting a fully custom designed pattern or cane, I am happy to discuss a special project with you! I do require a minimum order of $1000 for this.
How long will it take to get my order?
My processing time varies between 3-12 business days, depending upon order volume. Please know that I do my very best to get your order out the door as fast as I can, however I am only one person so your patience is greatly appreciated. The current processing time is always listed on the top banner of the website. For made to order or pre-order items, please see the item description for processing time. USPS Ground Advantage shipping will normally take 3-7 business days to arrive at your door, but any shipping delays are entirely out of my control and not my responsibility. If you choose a faster shipping speed at checkout, this does not speed up the processing time. Please contact me directly at hello@shophillsidestudio.com if you are in a rush and I will do my best to oblige.
How will you ship my purchase?
I ship via USPS Mail. You always have the option for upgraded shipping options at checkout.
Orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please make sure this information is correct. I am not responsible for lost packages due to an incorrect address, nor am I responsible for replacement shipping costs in such circumstances. If you realize your order contains incorrect info, please contact me as soon as possible at hello@shophillsidestudio.com
What if it has been awhile and my package hasn't arrived yet?
If it has been more than 15 days since you received your shipping email and tracking information, and tracking information states your packaged was delivered, please contact your local post office. They should be able to provide additional details regarding your shipment. If the package tracking has not been updated in a few days, sign up to receive text alerts on the package. This will usually get things moving back on track.
If you are still having troubles located your package, please do reach out to me! I will do my best to help you figure out where your package is. Please do know though, that once the package leaves Hillside Studio and is placed in the hands of the postal service, I am no longer responsible for your package. Refunds and replacements are not guaranteed for lost items.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! I ship world-wide, however I am not currently shipping to the EU due to changes in regulations. Please note that international shipping can take a while to arrive and I ask for your patience in waiting to contact me until a considerable amount of time has passed.
Returns and Exchanges
If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to hello@shophillsidestudio.com and I will gladly do all I can to fix it. As this is a small, handmade business, I typically do not accept returns unless there is something wrong with the item. I do, of course, want you to be happy with your purchase, so if you are unhappy with your item I will discuss exchanges on a case by case basis.
What materials do you use?
I use a variety of materials in my jewelry. Primarily, my pieces are made from polymer clay. Earrings posts, hoops, and hooks are surgical stainless steel unless otherwise noted. Each item description will state which specific metals are used in each piece. If you would like something switched out for gold-filled, please send us an email to check if it is possible on that particular piece.
Do you offer wholesale?
Yes! We currently offer select items whole through Faire. You can shop our selections here: https://faire.com/direct/hillsidestudio (using our direct link helps us out big time so we definitely appreciate you using that vs. searching for us on the site!)
