How long will it take to get my order?

The majority of my items are ready to ship, and will be sent out in 3-5 business days.  First class shipping will take 3-5 business days after your order is shipped out.

Made to order items require a longer processing time, which will be noted in the product description.

How will you ship my purchase?

Your order is lovingly packaged up by yours truly. Each item will be placed in a branded jewelry box, and placed in a bubble mailer for protection. Multiple items will be packaged together. If you would like items packaged separately, just note it at checkout and I will happily oblige.

I ship via USPS First Class Mail. You will receive an email once your order is shipped with the package tracking information. *Most* first class mail will arrive in 3-5 business days, after processing time.

Orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please make sure this information is correct. I am not responsible for lost packages due to an incorrect address, nor am I responsible for replacement shipping costs in such circumstances.  If you realize your order contains incorrect info, please contact me as soon as possible at hello@shophillsidestudio.com

What if it has been awhile and my package hasn't arrived yet?

If it has been more than 15 days since you received your shipping email and tracking information, and tracking information states your packaged was delivered, please contact your local post office. They should be able to provide additional details regarding your shipment.  If the package tracking has not been updated in a few days, sign up to receive text alerts on the package.  This will usually get things moving back on track.

If you are still having troubles located your package, please do reach out to me! I will do my best to help you figure out where your package is. Please do know though, that once the package leaves Hillside Studio and is placed in the hands of my amazing local Post Man, I am no longer responsible for your package. Refunds and replacements may not be issued for lost items.

Do you ship internationally?

If you would like to inquire about International shipping, please reach out to me at hello@shophillsidestudio.com  Due to a high volume of lost packages to some countries, I do not ship everywhere, but will do my best to accommodate international orders.

What materials do you use?

I use a variety of materials in my jewelry.  Metals are all nickel free, and are either gold, silver, rose gold plated, solid brass, or copper. Each item description will state which specific metals are used in each piece.  All gemstones are real unless otherwise noted.  Most studs and some necklaces are made with high quality jewelers grade resin. Feathers and large beads are hand-made from polymer clay.
